So often on the football side of things the Buckeyes seem to have a slew of legacy offers but with fewer players on basketball a legacy offer makes you take a little more notice and on Monday Thad Matta made one of those offers to class of 2014 Pickerington (Ohio) Central star Jae'Sean Tate. The 6-foot-5, 200-pounder is the son of former Buckeye Jermaine and a self admitted Ohio State fan.
