Some of the best high schools players in the classes of 2007 and 2008 descended on College Station and Texas A&M University Saturday for the NIKE training camp.

Among the prospects was Sugarland Clements defensive back Elliot Coffey who improved his standing among some of the elite defensive backs in the region.

Coffey has an offer from Houston in hand, but Texas A&M has been the school he has visited the most. Other schools showing interest are TCU, Michigan, Notre Dame and Oklahoma State.
