Sooners find their top point guard prospect

SoonerScoop.com The Oklahoma men's basketball coaching staff has been hard at work looking for a new point guard to add to their 2007 recruiting class. With an abundance of options south of the border the Sooners have decided to set their sights on one player in particular.
Since moving to Plano, Texas last October point guard John Roberson has made a name for himself as one of the top junior point guards in the state of Texas. After a solid summer of AAU basketball programs across the country are beginning to take notice.
Roberson holds offers from Arizona State, Oklahoma, SMU, RIce, Virginia Commonwealth, Utah and Texas A&M. He says the Sooners are Utah are his top two and Stanford has recently joined the mix of teams recruiting him.
