The Pitt men's basketball team played well last week, winning both of its games to improve to 14-2 on the season, and both victories came in the Big East, giving the Panthers a perfect 2-0 record to start the conference schedule. As a result of Pitt's two wins, as well as losses by a number of top ten teams, the Panthers climbed from consensus #10 in the national rankings to #7 this week.
