Purdue big man working on perimeter defense
There may not be a more imposing defensive presence around the rim in the Big Ten than A.J. Hammons. So when given the option, opponents would obviously prefer the 7-footer be forced to guard the perimeter, where they frequently attack him in ball-screen defense, a phase of the game Hammons says he's determined to improve in.
