Coincidence or not, Decatur Central DB Larry Tracy backed off an early commitment to Iowa months ago right after Purdue coaches visited his school and offered him a scholarship.
Since, he's remained not only one of the Boilermaker coaching staff's top in-state targets, but seemingly one of its top overall defensive targets.
Last week, he visited West Lafayette for at least the second time in recent months, attending Purdue's spring practice.
