Weeks later, D.J. Knox still was shaking his head.
Markell Jones’ performance in the regular-season finale against Indiana was, simply, remarkable, especially to a fellow back.
Knox had to go to the locker room in that game for a brief stint to get an injury addressed, and by the time he came back out in the second half, he looked at the scoreboard and saw 160 yards.
“I said, ‘What happened?’ ” Knox said.
Simply, it was just a healthy Jones being Jones.
