Missouri has had a tumultuous week, with the firing of its defensive coordinator after only the first two games of the season.

But does that change up for the Tigers?

We asked Gabe DeArmond, the publisher of PowerMizzou.com, to get his thoughts on the Missouri defense, its offense, under the direction of QB Drew Lock, and more:

Gold and Black: What happens defensively now for Missouri?

DeArmond: “Well honestly, nothing changes, because DeMontie Cross was the defensive coordinator and if we were in front of each other I would put that in air quotes. He was hired as the defensive coordinator before last season, but the defense was absolutely dreadful, so after about eight weeks, Barry Odom stepped in and said, ‘All right, I’m calling plays.’
