Purdue keeping an eye on three-star corner out of St. Louis
Rising junior Derrick Miller does a little bit of everything for his John Burroughs (Mo.) team. He plays wide receiver, safety, and even lines up at quarterback at times.
However, he excels most at cornerback and is coming off a junior campaign in which he allowed zero catches on 10 targets while tallying three interceptions and seven pass breakups.
The three-star prospect has already collected early offers from Iowa, Iowa State, and Western Michigan. Programs like Nebraska, Kentucky, Cal, Northwestern, Syracuse, and Illinois are showing interest.
Purdue is also expressing interest in Miller. He made a trip to West Lafayette this past fall for a game and was impressed with the atmosphere.
