The following is our Report Card for Purdue’s game Saturday, a 35-28 loss to Louisville in Indianapolis.

Passing Offense

It wasn’t only the three interceptions, it was the way in which they came, particularly two by David Blough late in the third quarter.

They were momentum-changers, and ultimately helped decide the outcome for the Cardinals.

Now in his fourth season as a Purdue quarterback, Blough simply can not make passes like he did on the back-to-back drive-ending interceptions, the first one a Pick 6 that gave Louisville the lead and the second on a careless pass off a flea flicker into double-coverage.
