Off days aren’t really off days for Richie Worship.

Instead of resting, the big running back is working, getting repetitions on a ladder, high stepping his way through it to keep his feet moving as quickly as possible, or another agility-focused drill.

It’s Worship’s push to play like a smaller, faster running back, but to do so in a big man’s body. And it works. Worship might be one of the lightest runners for a 6-foot-1, 242-pounder in college football right now.

“His speed is very tricky,” fellow running back D.J. Knox said. “I remember one day in the film room and Coach was like, ‘I just don’t understand how you are this big and move this well.
