Former Purdue guard Grant Weatherford has committed to Midland Junior College in Texas, according to his former AAU coach, Kristoff Kendrick.

The former Hamilton Heights High School guard redshirted at Purdue as a true freshman, retaining his four years of eligibility.

Before opting to play junior college basketball, Weatherford considered potential football opportunities also.
