Purdue hosted one of its highest-regarded defensive prospects for an extended unofficial visit Saturday, as four-star safety Marvin Grant passed through West Lafayette.

The Rivas250 member reportedly plans a May 5 announcement, a plan that preceded the Purdue visit.

Grant could not be reached this weekend following the visit, but stay tuned later in the week for more on his visit.
