LOUISVILLE — Tennessee has been one of the best teams in college basketball this season, but one vaguely familiar to Purdue, nearly identical to the Volunteer team that beat the Boilermakers in overtime at last November's Battle 4 Atlantis, though two full seasons ago.
Purdue does have some frame of reference with the Vols, but nevertheless there's been much for assistant coaches Greg Gary and Steve Lutz to sort through in preparing for Thursday's Sweet 16 meeting.
Gary, the soon-to-be head coach at Mercer, coordinates Purdue's offense and Lutz its defense.
The two Boilermaker assistants break down Tennessee here in the following video interviews from the KFC Yum! Center.
