A day before leaving for the NCAA Tournament, Purdue had one of the highest-regarded power forwards in the country on campus Tuesday for an unofficial visit.

Four-star forward Drew Timme of Richardson, Texas, north of Dallas, made the trip to Indiana, as Rivals.com's 54th-ranked player in the 2019 class has been a Boilermaker target since last spring, when then-new assistant coach Steve Lutz got the Boilermakers involved with Timme after recruiting him while at Creighton.

The 6-foot-10, 220-pound ("on a good day") forward/center visited the Midwest solely to visit Purdue, though he tacked on a visit to Notre Dame Wednesday after getting a late invite.
