Even though Evan Anderson plays a position that may be Purdue's biggest strength, running back, he hasn't altered expectations for his rookie season.

The Boilermakers return Markell Jones, D.J. Knox, Richie Worship and Tario Fuller at the position, and walk-on Alexander Horvath had an impressive spring. But Anderson, from Georgia, is ready to compete to move up the depth chart.
