Before his senior season, Payne Durham finally decided to give football a chance.

The lacrosse player joined the Peachtree Ridge team during the summer — he was supposed to in the spring but his lacrosse playoffs occupied his time — and immediately wowed during 7-on-7s. And so Peachtree Ridge coach Reggie Stancil had his staff put together a highlight package, then sent it out to colleges.
