Before the season, Dakota Mathias had high expectations.

He wanted to be at his best in his final season for the Boilermakers, knowing how much his versatility — the team's best defensive players, its best passer and its best shooter — could change the course of games.

So far, more than half a season in, Mathias has delivered in a big way, registering career highs in nearly every major category.
