Purdue added an impressive array of wideouts in its 2019 class that included David Bell, Milton Wright, Mershawn Rice and TJ Sheffield. The program kept the mojo going by adding four more standout receivers in the Class of 2020. And none of the four new pass-catchers may be more impressive than Maliq Carr, who is joined by fellow wideouts Abdur-Rahmaan Yaseen, Marcellus Moore and Collin Sullivan in the 2020 class.
It's easy to pick out the 6-5, 215-pound Oak Park, Mich., product of the field. He is a rangy target who is difficult to cover. And Carr got an early jump on his Purdue career by enrolling in time for spring ball in the winter, taking part in eight practices before the university shuttered activities amid the pandemic.
